2018 sees the conference move to a new venue, the hidden gem that is Fifteen Ninety Nine, in the heart of Glasgow. immersed in regal history where not only will you be inspired by a great range of speakers sharing their personal insights but also experience the enthralling character and timeless charm that this incredible venue offers.

Key leadership skills for family business owners  - Facilitated by Jo Macsween – former Managing Director of third generation family business Macsween of Edinburgh and current Vistage Group Chair in Central Scotland.

The workshop will look at what are the seven key skills a successful family business leader needs, and what activities do they undertake that set them apart? How do family business owners drive growth and performance in a family business? How do leaders know how well they have performed at these key skills and how can leaders inspire teams, increase productivity and create a culture of engagement and collaboration in the business that results in loyal customers who go out of their way to offer recommendations to others?
