This prestigious award celebrates the remarkable achievements and contributions of family-owned businesses across the UK, and receiving this accolade is a testament to the dedication, hard work, and the strong family values that drive Scot JCB forward.
The National Family Business of the Year Awards, established in 2012, have become a significant event in the family business sector, recognising firms that excel in various domains, including sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, and community involvement. This year's awards ceremony was a grand affair, bringing together the very best of British family businesses in a night of celebration and networking.
In attendance from Scot JCB Group was Chairman Steve Bryant, his wife Christine and HR Director Rhona Cameron. “The event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow finalists, enjoy a wonderful evening of good food and wine, and celebrate the successes of family firms from all corners of the UK,” said Rhona Cameron, Scot JCB Group HR Director.
