James Cordiner & Son Limited is honoured to have been awarded a Royal Warrant for goods supplied to His Majesty The King. Royal Warrants are a highly prized mark of recognition for individuals or companies who have supplied goods or services for at least five years to one of the Royal Households. It entitles that company to use the Royal Coat of Arms on its products, packaging, stationery, vehicles and premises.
Cordiners held a royal warrant for goods supplied to the late Queen for many years and with this new warrant they look forward to continuing their close working relationship with the Royal Household.
Cordiners is a Timber and Builders merchant with a wide range of home improvement and building products from construction timber to kitchens and bathrooms. It operates from a site on Sinclair Road, beside Aberdeen harbour. The showroom and trade counter are open to both the public and trade customers.
The King, then the Duke of Rothesay, visited Cordiners in September 2021 to mark the 150th anniversary of the company and spent time talking to staff and touring the site.
