Recognition in respect of:
Inspirational Leadership
Sustainable Development
Champion of Change & Innovation
Family Business Stewardship
Dominic has built a business based on sustainability and fairness. The growth of Cleanology from a mother and son business to a 700-strong team with annual sales of over £10 million proves his business acumen. Sustainability, fairness and community support remain at the heart of Cleanology’s ethos.
Cleanology are pioneers of sustainability as they are the first cleaning company in Europe to introduce portion controlled, biotechnological cleaning sachets. Other sustainability initiatives include the introduction of uniforms made from plastic bottles and organic cotton and a 100% electric van fleet. Fair pay was one of the founding principles of the business and it remains a Real Living Wage Employer.
Community is also an integral part of the underlying values at Cleanology. Since 2020, they have supported poverty alleviation charity, The Hygiene Bank, raising significant sums that enable the charity to make a real difference.
As a business, retaining a family feel when growth has been exponential is extremely important to Dominic. He is truly deserving of his place in the Family Business Top 100.
