Family Firm Paves Way For New Homes

M. Lambe Construction has been appointed to deliver the infrastructure works for Inew upmarket residential development within Blythe Valley Park (BVP).

The Blythe Valley Park masterplan will bring residential into the mix of commercial and leisure space to form a sustainable community in Solihull.

Appointed by one of the UK’s leading house builders, Bloor Homes, M. Lambe Construction will construct a new estate spine road and undertake highway improvements, which will provide the infrastructure necessary to support the building of 750 contemporary new homes.

Michael Lambe, Director, M. Lambe Construction, said: “Bloor Homes is a very ambitious brand who we have had ambitions to form a strong partnership with for quite some time. We are naturally delighted to be appointed to deliver this very important project to Blythe Valley Park.”
