Jo Macsween - Macsween of Edinburgh

A third generation family business run by siblings Jo and James Macsween.  Macsween of Edinburgh are affectionately known as the 'guardians of Scotland's national dish' and have transformed the way that people think of haggis.

Macsween of Edinburgh has been at the forefront of haggis and black pudding making for 60 years. Honouring their tradition, they produce award-winning products handcrafted to unique family recipes, using the finest ingredients. They firmly believe that the foundation of their business' success is their team, recognising the importance of their people and their place within the local community. As pioneers of Scotland's national dish, they are passionate about taking haggis to a new place in an environmentally and ethically sustainable manner, and extolling haggis as a versatile ingredient that is perfect for all seasons, occasions and places.

Jo will share an insight into the journey that the business has been on and how they have used the family heritage to build a brand, market the product and grow their business.

More details will be announced in due course so watch this space!
