The primary goal of the role is to promote Family Business United, enhance member engagement, and support the organisation’s objectives through networking, outreach, and advocacy efforts.

Family Business United Ambassador Role: Key Responsibilities
 

1. Promote Family Business United and It’s Purpose To Support The Family Business Sector:

   • Actively promote Family Business United’s mission, vision, and values to members, potential members, and the wider community.

   • Amplify the voice for family businesses around the country

2. Member Engagement and Retention:

   • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction

   • Provide feedback on member needs, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.

3. Networking and Relationship Building:

   • Foster connections between members to create networking opportunities and enhance member-to-member engagement.

   • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, potential sponsors, and partners, to support the Family Business United’s growth and influence.

4. Event Participation and Coordination:

   • Assist in organising and facilitating events, workshops, or seminars for the benefit of the community

   • Attending and encouraging attendance at national FBU events and participation in campaigns throughout the year.

5. Support Business Development:

   • Assist in identifying new business opportunities including potential partnerships, sponsorships, or collaborative ventures.

   • Support the membership growth strategy by identifying and recruiting potential new  members.
