Tom has been a partner at KPMG in the UK for over 21 years and is responsible for all tax services provided to a wide range of privately-owned and family-owned businesses. A former Inspector of taxes, Tom has over 30 years’ corporate tax experience including international mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and financing. He also works closely with colleagues in Corporate Finance on private equity backed transactions. With significant experience working with family businesses across a range of sectors and international jurisdictions, Tom is highly valued by his clients for his ability to build trusting relationships and has a strong reputation for working across a wide range of taxes in family businesses.
