Our next generation peer group action learning programme brings together a small group of members of the next generation in the family business for a bespoke programme that meets virtually once a month for six months with facilitated sessions that enable personal challenges to be discussed, addressed and plans put in place to look at ways to move the matter forward.
Whether it it gaining a voice in the business, preparing to enter the family firm, stepping up to management, joining the board or something else, the peer group offers a safe environment to discuss a challenge, gain insight and challenge from a group of peers who may well have been through the same challenge themselves, and with input from the facilitators, take away actions too.
Each peer group is unique and is a powerful opportunity to address a challenge too.
