Family Business United (‘FBU’) is delighted to announce the start of the process to create the 2023 report into the UK’s family business apprentice employers. Apprenticeships are a great way to invest in the future workforce and ensure that the business has the skills it needs going forward and at the same time provides fantastic career opportunities for those undertaking them.
Last year saw the first ever report into the Top Family Business Apprentice Employers and we are now encouraging any family firm in the UK with more than five apprentices to get involved and help us to highlight the incredible investment that family firms are making in apprenticeships. Free to enter, data will be requested as of June 30, 2023 and used to compile the report which will once again demonstrate the important contribution that family firms make in this area.
FBU compiled the inaugural report into family business apprentice employers which can be viewed here and are now looking to build on this in 2023. If you are a family business and employ more than 5 apprentices please do register using the link below to participate in the 2023 report which will be based on data as at June 30, 2023.
In due course, we will contact you to obtain details of the number of apprentices, new apprentices starting this year and those completing their apprenticeships this year before analysing the data and producing the report.
