The actual gratification comes when those pieces of research are discussed and challenged by family business owners and managers in a constructive and mutual exchange. I’m honoured to serve as an active scholar and professional to advance the understanding of Family Business around the world. I am humbled to be recognized in the Family Business Hall of Fame and I hope to be able to continue contributing to development of the sector.”
