As Andrea concludes, “I’m a family business enthusiast and truly passionate about researching, teaching and consulting family business across the globe. I love discovering new possible theoretical explanations and paradigms resulting from the observation of real family business dynamics. The actual gratification comes when those pieces of research are discussed and challenged by family business owners and managers in a constructive and mutual exchange. I’m honoured to serve as an active scholar and professional to advance the understanding of Family Business around the world. I am humbled to be recognized in the Family Business Hall of Fame and I hope to be able to continue contributing to development of the sector.”
