Family Business United is delighted to launch a new campaign to really capture the essence of the Scottish family business sector by way of a new search to uncover images that reflect the businesses, their history and heritage and the people who are involved in running them.
The search has begun to collate a collection of photographs/images from family firms that can then be shown at an exhibition as part of Scottish Family Business Week 2023 which takes place in April 2023.
Family firms across Scotland are being asked to look through their image archives and submit pictures, old and new of family members, products, historic shots, abstract images and more besides to be considered as part of the collection. As well as creating the exhibition and online campaign will follow to showcase the images and help to celebrate the immense contribution that family firms make to the Scottish economy.
As Paul Andrews, Founder and CEO of Family Business United explains, “This is a fun campaign with an underlying purpose, celebrating a sector that does so much but also showcasing some iconic images too. We look forward to creating something truly special, that encapsulates the past, the present and the future and know that the Scottish family business community will not disappoint.”
“Family firms are the backbone of the Scottish economy today, as they have been for generations, and we look forward to creating a unique collection of images that celebrates this contribution.”
This campaign will feature as part of Scottish Family Business Week 2023.
