Gates of Harlow have been supporters of Harlow Rugby Club for many years now and are delighted to renew sponsorship with the Essex based club for the forthcoming season.
The association between Gates and Harlow Rugby Club has been ongoing for some years now and they are delighted that the premier sponsorship will continue throughout the new season, now underway again following a frustrating spell where fixtures could not be fulfilled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The sponsorship includes providing playing strips and warm-up kit for the senior teams.
Simon Lewis, General Manager at Gates of Harlow, recently attended the famous local derby when the RedMen took on local rivals, Epping Upper Clapton. The team are proudly wearing their new kits, complete with Gates logos on the reverse of the kit and on the shorts!
As you’d expect with a local derby, the match was very well attended and the crowd generated a fantastic atmosphere. The support of the home crowd spurred the Harlow’s team on to an emphatic 36-26 win!
Following their 100% start to the season, Gates look forward to supporting Harlow Rugby Club throughout what looks set to be a very promising season for the Essex based club.
Furthermore, Club Captain Eoin Morrissey was awarded “Man of the Match” and won an exclusive Mustang Driving Experience, courtesy of Gates.
