Stoneacre Motor Group’s 65,100sq-ft New Parts And Logistic Hub

Family-owned Stoneacre Motor Group has signed up for a 15-year lease of a modern 65,100 sq-ft Parts and Logistic Hub located in Doncaster. The new hub will support 23 manufacturers, which Stoneacre represents through its nationwide dealerships.

It is located in St Modwen Park, just off the Wheatley Hall Road and is positioned close to a main route between M18 and A1. Stoneacre is in a good company with international brands that have also signed up for this new warehouse development, such as Bosch, National Grid, DB Schenker and others.

It’s an exciting time for Stoneacre, which is one of the fastest-growing family businesses with a revenue of almost £1 billion, and the new Parts & Logistic Hub reflects it.

Stoneacre aftersales director, Gerry George, said: “It was important for us to find a new home that could cater for our business needs while offering a high-quality and well-located warehousing and logistics space. St. Modwen Park Doncaster has done exactly this, and we are looking forward to being located here.”

Meanwhile, Jonathan Green, asset management director at St. Modwen Industrial and Logistics, said:
“It’s fantastic to be welcoming Stoneacre to the line-up of incredible businesses that have based themselves at St. Modwen Park Doncaster. While it has a national presence, Stoneacre has a loyal and established customer base in Doncaster and we’re pleased it has chosen St. Modwen Park Doncaster to further support its business operations.”
