Family Business United (‘FBU’) has launched anew pulse survey to gauge the current challenges facing family firms across the UK. As Paul Andrews, Founder and CEO of FBU explains; “Such a lot has happened in the past twelve months and the prevailing conditions in which family firms have to operate continue to change. With restrictions for some sectors easing, we wanted to gauge the state of the family business nation and to understand what are the critical challenges being discussed by family business owners today.”
Recognising that time is of the essence and that business owners do not have a lot of time to devote to filling in questionnaires, FBU have launched a short survey that takes around three minutes to complete. As Paul continues, “We are constantly assessing the situation for family businesses and looking at ways to develop resources to help them deal with the challenges they are facing and the survey will afford us the opportunity to prioritise our efforts to help them by developing the right resources and sharing them when they are needed most. We have run numerous campaigns and assisted family firms with introductions, guides and other materials in the past twelve months and will continue to do so.”
“Family businesses are at the very heart of who we are and what we do and we look forward to collating the results and developing further resources to help,” concludes Paul.
