Onwards & Upwards At Bar Graphic Machinery

Bradford based family business; Bar Graphic Machinery is driving forward in these times of uncertainty.

At the heart of BGM represents an internationally successful family business. BGM was founded by husband and wife team Bill and Annemarie Rhodes in 1992 and is proud to be an industry and thought leader in providing proven, technically creative, high quality machines to the label print and flexible packaging industries. BGM are heavily committed to quality, manufacturing and take great pride in their history. Bar Graphic Machinery are doing fantastically well having received orders for machines from across the UK, Europe and internationally. Annemarie Rhodes, BGM’s Managing Director couldn’t be happier, “we are truly delighted with the amount of interest our machines are generating. The orders are coming in thick and fast from across UK, Europe and further afield.”

Expansion is also heavily on the agenda when it comes to employment; within the last month Oliver Denton has come on board as the company’s Marketing & PR Specialist. Prior to BGM, Oliver has worked in a range of industries including higher education, textiles and executive search. As well as working at BGM, Oliver is also on the final straight with his PhD which is due to be completed next year 2021. Commenting on his appointment, Managing Director, Annemarie Rhodes said of Oliver’s appointment, “Oliver has a wealth of knowledge and experience. He has already shown how passionate he is about what we do here at BGM. He is going great guns and is solidly driving forward with our marketing and PR strategies.”

As well as Oliver’s appointment, Bar Graphic Machinery like all businesses have had to adapt in light of the Covid pandemic. Commenting, Annemarie Rhodes states that “when Covid started like many other businesses we had to immediately adapt to the situation and this included adapting our business model and staff. Our staff have gone the extra mile to adapt to this situation and great credit goes to them.”
