The Soupologie journey began on a market stall in 2012, selling Stephen’s delicious soups and getting feedback from all of the lovely people we met there.
It quickly became apparent that the time had come to shake up the soup sector, disrupt the norm and create soups that were far removed from what people were used to seeing in their local shops and supermarkets. You told us, and keep telling us, that you want soups that are as close as possible to those that you make yourselves.
And so, Soupologie soups were born, using only healthy and nutritious ingredients that don’t compromise on taste and always meet certain nutritional criteria. And where better than to go back to nature to get heaps of those super natural nutrients inside you? All our soups are plant-based, gluten free, dairy free, with no added sugars (not even pretend ones like maltodextrin or glucose syrup, thank you very much).
As a result, our soups are vegan, low carb, low cal and often come with super special ingredients like spirulina (high in protein), amaranth (gluten free grain that’s high in calcium), black garlic (super high in antioxidants).
And finally, we want you to know that we LOVE that we’re turning “souping” on its head! We LOVE our distributors and retailers who all ‘get’ what we’re about!
