Integrated Resources provides human resource services across the whole employee life cycle.  We reduce business risk by working in partnership with an organisation, either as its HR Department or as an adjunct to it, providing a turn-on/off service so that our clients only pay for what they need, whether a one-off complex project or the more routine but critical employee relations issues.

Thus, we reduce and often eliminate the people-related headaches, by supporting our clients where they don't have the time, or in some cases, the specialised expertise.  Unlike many other service providers, we do not tie in our clients for a fixed period and the team that you originally meet is the team that delivers the work.

Our service is bespoke and personal; designed to provide a solution that fits with the organisation's culture and particular business objectives.  Our team is up to date, not only with Employment Law and its practical application, but also with new development issues across the spectrum of human capital development, recruitment and coaching.  We keep our clients out of Employment Tribunal by providing robust and supportive contract documentation, handbooks, protocol manuals and employee relations services.

We work right across the human resources spectrum dealing with employment law, recruitment, coaching, compensation and benefits, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, putting in performance appraisal systems and making sure they work effectively and also doing leadership development - running appropriate courses to develop leadership skills in all the different aspects of the broad terms of leadership.
