Company Description

Christin Cardone McClave is a professional, certified co-active leadership coach and founder of Unifi Coaching.  She works with individuals, teams and families in business together to assist them in executing their values.  Christin’s background comes from working in various management positions at Johnson & Johnson as well as growing up in her own a family business as a 3rd generation business owner.  In her experience at J&J, she led project teams in Information Technology, Web & e-Commerce Marketing and Market Research; worked in a J&J-sponsored eBusiness Start-up, juggling various functional roles, and ultimately onto the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Products M&A Team.

Currently, she coaches leaders in all sorts of business and life transitions and helps them discover their strengths, blind spots, biases and future vision for themselves.  She works with business teams, non-profit organizations and individuals who all commonly share the value of learning and improving on high-performance and becoming more self-aware.  Ultimately, this leads to better results in life, relationships and in business.

Education & Training

Christin received her professional coaching certification at The Coaches Training Institute. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and adheres to the ICF Code of Ethics. Christin completed an International Science in Management Master’s degree at Boston University’s Brussels, Belgium, program and earned her global business undergraduate degree at the University of Alabama.

At J&J, Christin was a part of the Technology Leadership Development program and rotated through different areas of IT and Marketing, a J&J sponsored e-Commerce startup venture, and ultimately onto the New Business Development team, doing Market Research for OTC and Pharma drugs in development for M&A.  She currently serves as an executive leadership coach for Emerging Leaders at J&J, doing Individual coaching, group coaching, 360 Feedback Assessment facilitation and team dynamics coaching.

Christin’s experience is rooted in her multifaceted work with her own family’s business as well as her work at Johnson & Johnson, a Fortune 50 corporation. She has worked in all different functional areas of her family business (starting at age 12), the largest privately held auto parts re-manufacturing company in the world. The business employs about 5,000 workers worldwide. Christin has served as consultant to the family business and has participated actively on the board and the non-profit family foundation.
