Patek Philippe and Rolex are leading the way when it comes to luxury watchmaking and the horology giants now have their own dedicated areas in store. The two separate spaces are decorated with the brands colours, fully immersing you into their worlds and creating an indulgent atmosphere. It’s always a special experience to buy a new timepieces and at Laings you can now relax and enjoy the sumptuous surroundings in the dedicated areas, finding out more about the exquisite watches before you make your choice.

To ensure that all of your jewellery demands are met the upstairs of the shop has also expanded with a private area for the Bespoke Jewellery Design Team and the Valuations service. The private area, reserved for your appointments, means you can feel more comfortable and relaxed whilst discussing your personal jewellery needs. Every piece of jewellery tells a story and whether your valuations appointment helps you to begin a new chapter, or your bespoke journey is just the beginning, your experience is sure to be a sparkling one.

Claire Ross, General Manager in the Glasgow store commented: “We’re absolutely delighted with our new store and the expanded size is absolutely fantastic. We’ve gained so much more selling space, allowing clients to experience a more relaxed environment and the indulgent surroundings certainly set the scene.”

The flagship store was Laings first venture into the Argyll Arcade, they currently have three units, and has already seen some changes over time. Originally on one floor, six years ago they expanded into the upstairs space as demand grew and now it is time for a new look again. Now wherever you are shopping, be that Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff or Southampton you will know it is a Laings store you are visiting.

Ross continued: “The new store look is simply outstanding. It’s a credit to our team who have continued to trade throughout the refurbishment and I know we are all now delighted to show-off the finished result!"

“We’re looking forward to new and returning customers coming through the door to experience what will truly be a memorable occasion.”
